Julie Adriansen

Julie is a watercolorist living in Colorado.  Her style of painting is simple; she embraces color and simple, bold images. As a lover of people and animals of all kinds, Julie puts their image on paper, using the colors that she sees when she looks at them, the colors, they may see in themselves. Her goal is to stir the same feelings in the viewer as she feels when she paints her subjects.  

Community is a very important and bringing people together through art, makes the place in which we live, better.  Art is something we can all share.  Whether it is making art, teaching art or viewing art, it gives us an opportunity to experience beauty, emotion, expression and joy.
